The Guild of Property Professionals invites you to apply for the 2018 Awards, in partnership with The ESTAS.
The winners will be announced at our prestigious Gala Dinner on the evening of our Annual Conference, at County Hall, Westminster Bridge, London on 1st February 2018.
GOLD and SILVER winners for The Guild's Regional Estate agent Awards, and The Guild’s Regional Lettings Awards will be awarded in the following Regions:
National Silver and Gold winners for Best Estate Agent and Best Lettings Agent 2018 will be selected by the judges from the winners of the regional awards.
There will also be awards for Guild Ambassador 2018 and Guild Referrals 2018 chosen by the judging panel. Criteria for these will be announced shortly.

The ESTAS will send registered Members a unique link for customers to rate their customer service. Members will need to distribute this link to their customers. The deadline for the public to participate is 31st December
Submit your Guild Award Application to The Guild by 5th January
Join us at County Hall, Westminster Bridge, London on 1st February for the Awards.
Applications can be in any format you wish, from a simple word document to customised PDF or video, but they must answer all of the questions found in the downloadable documents below.
Members who specialise in both sales and lettings are welcome to apply for both award categories.
In addition to your application, you will also need to invite your customers to vote via the ESTAS link (see more details below). This year, the ESTAS scoring for customer service will count for 20% of your overall Guild Award score.

The Guild’s partnership with The ESTAS, the only
industry awards body who invites votes from the public,
is an indication of the quality and professionalism Guild Members offer on a daily basis.
This is why scoring for the Regional and overall Award winners will include a Customer Service Rating that is scored by The ESTAS and will count for 20% of your award score.
To generate your score, all Regional Award applicants will be given free access to The ESTAS Feedback Platform, and will need to send a vote link to their clients. Members will be able to track votes, scores and comments via their own ESTAS dashboard.
