Located on the northern edge of the village of Cam and just 3 miles north of Dursley. Total floor area 3,384 sqm. Access is approved as part of the application at a single point off Box Road. A S106 Agreement requires 30% provision of affordable housing (50% rented and 50% intermediate). CIL payment is levied at £80 per sq. m and a contribution of £385 per dwelling to River Severn Estuary SAC/SP/Ramsar avoidance and mitigation strategy is required.
