The Guild Awards 2027

We are delighted to confirm the return of The Guild Awards for 2027, celebrating exceptional customer service across the Guild network.

Following the really positive feedback from Members last year, all Guild Member Offices will once again be automatically entered. For 2027, the Awards will be based solely on the results of an independent Mystery Shop carried out for each participating Office.

More than an Awards Entry

Members told us they particularly valued the insight provided by their individual Mystery Shop report.

Each Office will receive a report highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement, providing practical feedback that can be shared with teams and used to support training, coaching and development.

The assessment has been designed specifically for Guild Members, with questions and criteria that reflect the high customer service standards we want The Guild network to be known for.

A Discounted Rate for Members

We have secured a preferential rate of £30 per Office, paid at £10 per month across October, November and December 2026.

All Guild Member Offices will be included unless you choose to opt out.

If you do not wish for your Office(s) to take part, please complete the opt-out form below by Friday 25th September 2026. After this date, entry and the associated charges will be automatically applied.

Celebrating Excellence

The Awards will recognise Offices delivering an outstanding customer experience based entirely on their Mystery Shop results.

As with last year, the Awards will not be split between Sales and Lettings. Offices will receive a Sales Mystery Shop unless they are a Lettings-only Office.

Performance will be recognised regionally, with Bronze, Silver and Gold winners. Our overall winners will be invited on stage at The Guild 2027 Conference to receive their Awards.

Mystery Shops will take place during October, November and December 2026, with results ready for the 2027 Conference.

We are excited to build on last year's success and give Members the opportunity to celebrate outstanding customer service while gaining valuable independent insight to support continued development.
