About the property
A modern house situated in St Georges Drive, Chichester located ideally for access down to the harbour villages and the beaches at The Witterings, as well as along the A27 coastal highway to Southampton one way and Brighton the other, whilst enjoying ready access to Chichester on foot via the scenic canal towpath (approx 1 mile).
To the front of the property there is a paved area of garden, ideal for sitting out on a sunny day retained by a low level stone wall and bordered by planted shrubs. Day to day access however, is to the rear of the property, where a gate and pathway lead through the garden to the house. Once inside an entrance hall takes you into the sitting room/dining room. With a feature recess focal point 'fireplace' and attractive flooring, this generously proportioned room enjoys a bright frontal aspect with glazed windows and sliding doors providing access to the outside seating area.
The kitchen is well sized, and has a comprehensive array of both base and eye level units, with space for key appliances, a built in oven and hob and a garden aspect.
Upstairs, a generous land gives way to three bedrooms and a bathroom. All three bedrooms enjoy generous windows giving a light and airy feel to the accommodation with both bedrooms one and two enjoying the benefit of built in wardrobes. The bathroom is modern.
Outside
The garden is private, features and impressive palm tree, whilst there is a brick built patio for entertaining. An expanse of lawn and substantial border for flowers and shrubs compliment the whole. A single garage is found at the bottom of the garden, within the plot and there is additional parking is the communal space beyond.
