An outline planning permission for the construction of 43no. of dwellings, was granted at appeal in in October 2013 and effectively renewed under planning application ref 16/1085 in 2017. The original reference associated with the outline planning application is 12/0446/OUT. 

A reserved matters application was subsequently submitted for 42no. of dwellings which was granted consent in Feb 2019, referenced 18/1207/RES.
