The flat is approached over a tarmac drive that leads to both visitors parking (which is offered on a first come, first served basis) and the garage which is conveniently situated as the nearest garage to the front door of the flats. There is a small garden that wraps around the house and the major section of garden is behind the adjacent flats. This garden is well tended and consists of a good area of lawn, surrounded by well stocked beds and a couple of benches to sit and enjoy the garden. The garden can be accessed via york stone steps or via the accessible ramp leading down from the parking area.

At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Dewlands Way. The property can be found on the right hand side just beyond the bus stop.
