From the village through road a gravel driveway leads up the gradient of the slope, culminating in a parking and turning area directly to the front of the cottage. From here there is access to the front door and pedestrian side and rear access.
The garden is principally located to the rear of the cottage and follows the gradient of the hillside upon which the cottage is set. From the Garden Room a set of steps bound by former railway sleepers rise to an expanse of lawn that wraps itself around the cottage on two elevations, offering views of the surrounding countryside. The garden is securely enclosed by a combination of hedging and fencing, with an inset gateway that opens directly onto a public footpath that winds its way up to the 13th Century St Leonard's Church.

We are legally required to conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks on all parties involved in the sale of a property - i.e. both buyers and sellers.
