Each cabin owns the freehold of the cabin footprint and is a shareholder in a company that owns the remainder of the site. Each cabin pays an annual maintenance fee to the company for the maintenance of the site.

he maintenance fee is currently £725 per annnum.
RESIDENCY
The chalet has an 11 month clause and cannot be occupied during the month of November. The site is open all year. No sub-letting.
