Take the turn signposted to Clipsham and Stretton. Follow the road for approximately 500 yards and take the first right turn into Manor Lane. Rookery Lane is the next right turn. Follow the lane for approximately 300 yards and the driveway to Erskine Barn is on the left hand side.
