Immediately at the rear of the property is a paved courtyard style garden with raised flower bed and an outbuilding providing additional storage. From the courtyard a gate gives access to the left across the back to the adjoining properties to Clapps Lane. Steps also rise from her to the terraced garden which has a lawned area at the top with a shed.
