Fore cabin with 'fold-away' dining table, adaptable to a double berth with Dralon upholstered seats.  There's an additional cosy single berth 'under-cover' area located to the Bow, again on Dralon covered cushions — a fun space for kids.  This cabin also includes two wardrobes, long mirror, storage cupboards, sink with 'hot and cold' water, gas cooker with two burners, grill and oven, mains fridge, microwave, and curtains.



Centre wheelhouse with controls, includes a helmsman's chair, lockers with mooring lines, etc. Fuel and water tanks are located under floor.   

There is also a Wallas diesel fan heater keeping things toasty for the autumnal / winter months. 

Twin Calor gas bottles are located under concealed seating, starboard side. 



Cabin 'aft' features a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. 

Heads aft (porta potti type), with hand basin and hot and cold water. Curtains  



GRP hull and deck with wooden wheelhouse. Bathing platform. Twin outdrives. 12 V DC and 240 V AC throughout. 



Mooring fees: Transferable one-year morning agreement, currently payable at £380 per month. 



Swan Island facilities: Mooring fees include use of facilities on Swan Island. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and “his and hers” separate wash facilities with shower cubicle, two WC’s and a sink in each room.



Council Tax paid to LB Richmond Upon Thames.



Location: Access to Swan Island by road and foot is next to the Riverside Supermarket, close to the mini roundabout at the junction of Strawberry Vale / Cross Deep / Waldegrave Road, which is moments from Radnor Gardens; a beautiful riverside public park with children’s play area. Strawberry Hill station is a five-minute walk away whilst both Twickenham and Teddington High Streets are easily walkable and between them provide extensive amenities, shops and restaurants. Twickenham mainline station provides a fast commute to Waterloo in less than 25 minutes.
