The Lake & Fishery

PRE PLANNING ADVICE 2024
In November 2024 pre planning advice was sought which yielded a positive and optimistic response from the Fenland district council development Officer who also provided their helpful opinion on the criteria that would need to be met when a detailed amd full application is submitted…
The initial ecology survey has been carried out and the Biological Data base updated as a result of this survey to report No crested newts within the immediate area, however further surveys are necessary in order to submit a full application and any buyer will need to make their own investigations.

Water Source.
The Buyer will have access to the water source which is a Dutch dyke at the front of the Northfield farm, they will need to install a pipe and a cable one to one point five metres from the edge of the Lords lane road.

Fish Stock
