Proceed out of Ledbury on the B4214 Bromyard Road. Continue through Staplow and at the sharp right hand bend fork left sign posted to Bromyard. Continue to the end of this road and upon reaching the A4103 Hereford Worcester road turn right and then immediately left sign posted to Bishops Frome. Continue into the village and after passing the pub turn right into Summerpool. Continue along this lane bearing right by the corrugated iron barns and at the top of the hill bear left at the t-junction. Proceed for a short distance and turn right sign posted to Evesbatch. Continue for approximately ½ mile and towards the top of the hill turn left to Acton Green and Acton Beauchamp. Continue on for the further ½ mile and the driveway giving access to New Tynnings will be located on the left hand side immediately after a cream coloured detached house called Yew Tree House.
