The Enrolled Freemen Of Grimsby    The Landlord’s of the site are the Enrolled Freeman of Grimsby, a charity organisation whose roots are believed to date back to the 11th Century.
The Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby aim to support the redevelopment of the central area of Grimsby, with a strong passion in bringing the latest technological innovations to the Grimsby area.
A major development in the Enrolled Freemen’s vision of redevelopment came when they were granted total ownership of a part-dilapidated section of Freeman Street following a High Court ruling in 2018.

The adjacent site houses the recently completed (2021) YMCA which saw a substantial £8.5 million investment providing a housing and community development including purpose-built spaces for training, activities, conferences and meeting facilities available for public use.
