Prior to arranging viewings for any of our rental properties, we ask all interested persons to complete a Viewing Application Questionnaire, so we may better understand your requirements.

Please use the 'REQUEST DETAILS/VIEWING BUTTON' located in the Side Bar to send us your contact details, we will then forward you a copy of the questionnaire to complete and return to us.

In the event that you have been selected to view a property, we will contact you as soon as possible, sending a booking confirmation email containing details of the viewing date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volumes of enquires we receive, we are unable to contact unsuccessful viewing applicants, but may hold your details on file for a short while, should a further block of viewings be arranged on the property, or if you have indicated that you would consider another similar property if one becomes available.
 

HOLDING DEPOSITS HOLDING DEPOSITS


The purpose of the holding deposit is to verify the applicants' serious intent to proceed with a tenancy.
This deposit is equivalent to one weeks rent. Upon commencement of the tenancy, this deposit will be credited towards the first months' rental payment.
In the event that an applicant either, a) fails referencing due to misleading information provided in, or omitted from their application, or b) in the event they withdraw their application to rent the property once accepted, and the holding deposit paid, the holding deposit will be retained in full by the landlord to cover any costs incurred. Should the landlord choose to withdraw his approval for an application once the holding deposit is received, the holding deposit will be returned to the applicant in full and any cost incurred by the agent, will be borne by the landlord.
