Location
The subject property is situated outside the village of Peterston-Super-Ely, conveniently located approximately 7 miles east of Cardiff and 7 miles west of Cowbridge. The area is accessed off Junction 34 of the M4 Motorway or alternatively Junction 33 at Culverhouse Cross.

Take Junction 34 of the M4, then at the roundabout take the exit signposted for Pendoylan. After approximately 0.3 miles turn right towards Hensol. After approximately 1.3 miles take a turning left, follow the road going over the railway line and after just under a mile the property is on your right.
