Approaching from the A376, proceed to Exmouth, passing the welcome to Exmouth sign. Turn left along Featherbed Lane and along to Hulham Road. At the roundabout, take the first exit to Pound Lane. Continue for approx. 300 meters then turn left onto The Marles where the property can be found on the right hand side.
