From Launceston town centre proceed down the A388 (St. Thomas Road) upon reaching the roundabout at Newport turn right signposted towards Holsworthy heading up Dutson Road out of Launceston. Continue through Dutson passing over the river Tamar into Devon for a further few miles until reaching the village of St Giles on the heath. Upon entering the village take the second right hand turning into Moorfield Road and the second left into Crockers Way. Continue into Crockers Way where No. 2 will be identified on the left hand side marked with a Webbers For Sale Board.
