Location Sheringham is a delightful small town in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the North Norfolk coast, nestling between the sea and Pretty Corner woods. The town is a popular holiday destination and the centre has an excellent range of independent shops and supermarkets. There are excellent schools for all ages including many public schools within a few miles. There are bus and rail links to the bustling city of Norwich and the nearby towns of Holt and Cromer. There is a modern health centre, dentist, theatre and library together with the 'Reef' Leisure Centre and a magnificent 18 hole cliff top golf course.

Sheringham also boasts some excellent coastal and woodland walks in the vicinity. The beach enjoys a blue flag status and is a mix of shingle and sand depending on the tide, with a wide promenade running the length of the town. The town hosts several events throughout the year including the Viking Festival, Crab and Lobster Festivals, Coast Air Festival, Carnival and 1940's Weekend and the North Norfolk Steam Railway attracts many visitors.

Description This beautifully appointed, mid-terraced house, is situated within a short walk of the town centre, train station and local schools. The beach is approximately half a mile away.
The property was refurbished by the current owners, to provide a modern home for a couple or small family. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room which leads into a galley kitchen, with small utility area off and a downstairs cloakroom. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The two bedrooms at the front were originally one large double bedroom, but were split to give the children their own space. It would be relatively straightforward to change it back, if desired. The gardens have been landscaped, front and rear, for ease of maintenance. Both are fully enclosed which is useful if you have small children or pets. The interior decor is immaculate and cheerful and benefits include central heating fired by a modern gas boiler and uPVC double glazing.
The property is an ideal for a couple or small family as a permanent or holiday home and may also suit an investor.

We recommend an internal viewing to fully appreciate all that the property has to offer.
