This well presented terraced charming character cottage is situated in the popular Sterridge Valley in the award winning village of Berrynarbor and is thought to date back around 400 years. The cottage has considerable 'kerb appeal' and would make an ideal holiday retreat.
Berrynarbor is an olde worlde village situated close to the North Devon Coast and has won awards for best kept village.

A stream forms the boundary to the garden on one side.
The village amenities include a well run Post Office and village shop, Primary School, Public House and Church which are all approximately 1/2 a mile away. This charming cottage must be viewed internally.

Follow the road towards the village and take the first right hand turn sign post Sterridge Valley. Follow along this road for approximately 1 mile passing the Berrynarbor Park. Brookvale will be found on right hand side in a terrace of white cottages.
