any building to be erected thereon anything which shall be a nuisance
to the Transferor or its successors in title or the person or persons
for the time being owning or occupying any of the land adjacent to or
in the neighbourhood of the plots
3. Not at any time to park or permit to be parked on the plots any
caravans boats or other similar moveable chattels except at the rear of
the dwellinghouse or other buildings to be erected upon the plots
4. (i) To maintain and cultivate any trees and/or shrubs planted on the
plots pursuant to the rights in that behalf hereinbefore reserved to
the Transferor and the Local Authority
(ii) Not to cut down or in any way damage or destroy the trees and/or
shrubs now or hereafter planted on the plots pursuant to the right in
that behalf hereinbefore reserved to the Transferor and the Local
Authority and to replace any such trees and/or shrubs so planted which
may die within a period of fifteen years from the date hereof"
