There are many new up and coming shops and facilities in a short walking distance, as well a within 10 minutes you can enjoy Epping Forest. There are excellent transport links and it is ideally placed half way between Walthamstow and Leyton, giving lots of options locally. We are ready to downsize and hope a new family will be as a happy as we have been.
